Explain the treatment before the chair, every week
LookMyBio turns what patients ask during a checkup into posts in your practice's colours, fills the week's calendar in a single sitting and points the bio link at reception's phone, the map and plain answers about care.
On Starter ($27 monthly) the practice gets scheduling, its brand kit and the bio page. Slides drafted from an article or a video need Creator.

Between appointments, nobody has time to post
The schedule runs from the first cleaning to the last emergency, so the profile sits untouched for weeks. The bio link still points at an old insurance page, and someone who finds the practice on Instagram cannot even see how to call the front desk.
Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented
LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.
How the practice gets its week of posts
Teach the kit about the clinic
Paste the practice website, or write a short paragraph about it: the colours, a calm and reassuring voice, and subjects like prevention, treatments and the people on the team.
Answer a question with slides
Your own article or video about a treatment becomes a draft carousel on Creator. Edit the slides and caption, then sign them with your name and licence.
Fill the calendar, then fix the bio link
Drop the drafts onto the coming days, and let the bio page show reception, the street address, the insurance plans you accept and the questions patients repeat.
Oral health tips in the practice’s own colours
A palette of 10 colours at most and 6 recurring subjects (prevention, orthodontics, implants, kids’ dentistry, for instance) live in your kit. Each image and caption you create later begins there, so a note about gum care looks like the clinic that posted it.
- Opens on Starter, from the clinic website or a short description
- Use AI images for objects and the room, never for a patient, a smile or a result
The Brand Kit page in the app, filled in for Casa Linho, a linen clothing shop: identity, colours, fonts, voice, audience and quick wins. Then the bio page editor, with the page drawn in the colours the kit found.
Your own explainer, reshaped as slides
On Creator, drop in the address of a piece you wrote or a YouTube video you recorded, say on root canals. Back comes a carousel, its caption shaped for Instagram, X, LinkedIn and TikTok. Strike anything that reads like a promise of results, sign it with your name and licence, then choose the day.
- Comes back as a single image or a slide set, caption included
- Waits as a draft until you schedule it
The AI posts page in the app: a YouTube link pasted as the source, the video's card, Carousel suggested as the format and what reading it costs. Then the same post finished: every step done and the carousel's slides in Marina Vale's brand, with its caption, ready to publish.
The whole week booked in one sitting
Connect the clinic’s Instagram, TikTok (videos only), YouTube (videos only) and Facebook (Pages only) accounts, then lay the drafts across the days ahead. A month might hold a myth-or-fact post every other week, a team introduction, Children’s Dental Health Month in February, World Oral Health Day in March, back-to-school checkups and a word on holiday sweets and teeth grinding in December.
- 2 accounts on Starter, which allows 30 scheduled posts a month; 10 on Creator, with no monthly cap on posts
- A carousel going to both the Instagram and the Facebook account uses two of those
The Socials page in the app for Atelier Rosa, a hair salon: its connected accounts, this week's posts and the Create button. Then the New post composer with a reel for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, its caption, and Instagram's "Made with AI" label switched on.
A bio page that leads to the front desk, and the numbers behind it
Put a call or message button for reception, your booking link, a text block with the dentist’s name, licence and opening hours (Starter and up) and a FAQ on insurance, emergencies and children’s visits (Starter). From Creator add the map, and from Creator a carousel of the rooms and the team. Page stats then show which button people tap.
- Stats on page views and on which button gets tapped, Starter and up
- A video block for an explainer from Creator
The Page stats page in the app, with example data for Ama Duarte's dance studio over the last 30 days: views, link clicks and click rate against the previous 30 days, which blocks and links people clicked, where visits came from and what to do next.
Long answers belong on the blog
“Does whitening make teeth sensitive?” or “When should a child first see a dentist?” deserve more than a caption. Write the answer up as an article on your bio page’s blog. Its newest pieces can appear there in a block (Starter and up), and Starter lets you send each one to 9 other blogs and newsletters, WordPress among them.
- A parent reading about first visits finds your address one tap away
The blog editor in the app with a post by Estúdio Norte, a brand studio: cover, title, subtitle and text. Then its Cross-post window, sending the post to each of the blog's destinations one after another.

Questions from dentists
What dentists and practice managers ask before handing a tool the clinic profile.
Let patients understand the treatment before they arrive
Start with the kit, take one question you hear at every checkup and make it a carousel, and give the bio link a clear way to reach reception.
