Social media scheduler
Schedule posts to 6 social networks from one calendar
Write once, pick the accounts and the hour, and see the whole week laid out. Scheduling starts on Starter, at $27 a month.
Starter connects 2 accounts. You confirm every post before it is scheduled.
The Socials page in the app for Atelier Rosa, a hair salon: its connected accounts, this week's posts and the Create button. Then the New post composer with a reel for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, its caption, and Instagram's "Made with AI" label switched on.
Five apps open, and the post still goes out late
You write the caption on your phone, crop the picture for one network, paste it into another and set a reminder for the third. Then the barbershop gets busy at lunch, and the post that should have gone up at eleven sits in drafts.
Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented
LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.
How it works
Connect your accounts
Link the profiles and Pages you run. LookMyBio publishes as you, from each account.
Compose once
Choose a format, add the media and the caption, and tick the accounts it should go to. The composer warns you when a file or a caption does not fit a network.
Pick the hour
Set a date and time. The post lands on the calendar and goes out on its own, while you serve customers.
A calendar you can drag
Scheduled posts sit in a week view or a month view. To change a date, drag the post to another day or hour and drop it there.
- Moving a post that was already counted does not count again
- Click a post on the calendar to see its details
One post, several accounts
Tick more than one account and the same post is sent to each. Each network takes it within its own limits: Instagram, Facebook (Pages only), X, TikTok (videos only), LinkedIn (personal profiles only) and YouTube (videos only).
- Accounts you can connect: 2 on Starter, 10 on Creator and 100 on Teams
- Instagram connects through Instagram Login or through its Facebook Page; either way it takes one slot
How the monthly allowance counts
Scheduled posts: 30 a month on Starter; Creator and Teams have no monthly cap. The count is per account: one post sent to three accounts uses three. It covers your profiles together and resets each calendar month.
- Publishing now, or anything set less than 60 seconds ahead, never counts
- Deleting a scheduled post does not give its count back
- Moving it to another time costs nothing more
X threads of up to 25 parts
Among the networks you can connect, threads exist only on X. Write each part in its own box, schedule the first, and the rest follow as replies in order.
- Posts to X also draw on your plan's monthly X budget
The app's New post composer, set to Marina Vale's X account only: the account, the formats X takes, its caption limit, its preview and the network's own options.
YouTube keeps the video and publishes it on time
A video scheduled for YouTube is uploaded straight away and YouTube itself makes it public at the hour you chose, so there is nothing left to send at the last minute.
- YouTube takes videos only
The app's New post composer, set to Lia Moreno's YouTube account only: the account, the formats YouTube takes, its caption limit, its preview and the network's own options.
