Schedule your Facebook Page and Instagram from one calendar
Your neighbours already follow your Page for hours, offers and news. Make the promo with AI, pick your Page and your Instagram, and LookMyBio posts both at the hour you set.
Connect your Page here, and the same composer reaches Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Posts
- Albums of up to 10 photos
- Reels of 3 to 90 s
- Stories
- First comment up to 8,000
The app's New post composer, set to Atelier Rosa's Facebook account only: the account, the formats Facebook takes, its caption limit, its preview and the network's own options.
Your Page is where nearby customers check in, and it goes quiet fast
People look up your Facebook Page for opening hours, this week’s offer or a new arrival. Keeping it current while also feeding Instagram means writing the same promo twice, in two apps, and remembering to press publish on both.
Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented
LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.
How it works
Connect your Facebook Page
Sign in with Facebook and choose the Pages you manage. Facebook only lets apps publish to Pages, so personal profiles and groups stay off the list.
Make the promo with AI
Describe the offer and AI Studio draws the image or a short clip in your shop’s colours, or start from a photo you already took.
Pick Page and Instagram, then a time
Tick both accounts in the composer, choose the format and the hour, and each account gets its own post when the time comes.
Photos, carousels, reels and stories on your Page
Pick the format your promo needs. Before anything is scheduled, the composer checks the file against what Facebook accepts for that format, so a reel that is too long is caught at your desk, not at publish time.
- Carousels of up to 10 photos
- Reels from 3 to 90 seconds, shot vertically
- Story videos from 3 to 60 seconds
- Facebook allows 30 reels per Page a day through apps; LookMyBio stops the extra one before it fails
The Socials page in the app for Atelier Rosa, a hair salon: its connected accounts, this week's posts and the Create button. Then the New post composer with a reel for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, its caption, and Instagram's "Made with AI" label switched on.
One promo, your Page and Instagram at the same hour
Choose your Facebook Page and your Instagram account in the same composer and set one time. LookMyBio creates a separate post for each account, so the weekend sale lands on both feeds together.
- Starter connects 2 accounts, room for one Page and one Instagram
- Each account counts once: a promo sent to both uses two of Starter’s 30 scheduled posts a month
- Creator has no monthly cap on scheduling
Promos made with AI, in your shop’s colours
Your brand kit keeps your logo, colours and style, taken from your site during signup. When AI Studio makes a promo image or clip, it can blend that style in, so the post looks like your shop window and not a template.
- Pictures and short clips from a written prompt, paid for with credits
- On Creator, paste a link to an article or video and get a carousel with a caption
- Starter adds 1,500 credits every month
The AI Studio page in the app: the prompt bar moving through image, video and 3D with each model and its credit quote, above the gallery of recent media, an image for each business on this page, a video and a 3D model.
A first comment for the booking link or the coupon code
Add a first comment of up to 8,000 characters and LookMyBio posts it as your Page right after the post goes live. Stories don’t take one.
- Keep the caption short and put directions, prices or the link below it
- It shows under the post with your Page’s name and photo
A page for the website field on your Page
Point your Facebook Page’s website at a bio page with your price list, booking link, map and contact, built from blocks. Add as many links as you need from Starter.
Example bio page for Navalha Club: Cuts, beards and good conversation. Buttons: Book a cut and Prices and services. Below them, the profile's latest posts and the latest blog post, “How often should you trim your beard?”.
