X (Twitter)

Schedule tweets and threads on X (Twitter)

Write a thread part by part, attach images or a video where they help, and pick the hour. LookMyBio sends each part as a reply to the one before, in order.

The same composer also posts to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

  • 280 characters a post
  • Threads of up to 25 parts
  • Up to 4 images a part
  • Video up to 140 s

The app's New post composer, set to Marina Vale's X account only: the account, the formats X takes, its caption limit, its preview and the network's own options.

A good thread dies in your notes app

You draft the idea at night, then copy it into X one reply at a time, hunting for the image that goes with part four. By the time it is up, the moment has passed and the thread reads out of order.

Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented

LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.

How it works

  1. Connect X

Sign in with your X account and approve access. LookMyBio posts as you, from your own handle.

  2. Write the thread

Type each part in its own box with a live character count. Drop in images, or make one with AI right there.

  3. Pick the hour

Choose when the first part goes live. The rest follow straight after as replies, so readers see the whole chain at once.

Threads of up to 25 parts, sent as one chain

Of the networks you can connect here, X is the only one with threads. Each part keeps its own text of up to 280 characters and its own media, and the composer numbers them so the order stays clear while you edit.

  • Add or remove parts until the thread reads right
  • Text-only parts are fine; media is optional on each one
  • Generate an image with AI inside any part, paid with credits

What fits in a post, and in each part of a thread

A single post goes out with one image and a caption of up to 280 characters. In a thread, each part takes up to 4 images or one video, never the two together, since X does not mix them.

  • Videos up to 140 seconds and 512 MB
  • Text capped at 280 characters per part, even on X Premium

Why your plan has an X posting budget

X charges for every post an app sends through its API. So Starter, Creator and Teams each include a monthly X budget per profile, and Creator and Teams get more of it than Starter. Before a post goes out, LookMyBio checks it fits; one that would go over is not sent, and you see why.

  • A post with a link uses about 13 times what a post without one does
  • Each part of a thread counts as its own post
  • Scheduled posts are checked in the month they go out

Your blog posts, as X Articles

From Starter, a post on your LookMyBio blog can go to X as an X Article, with a line that links back to the original. X only lets accounts with X Premium publish Articles.

  • Each Article uses your X budget like a post with a link

The blog editor in the app with a post by Estúdio Norte, a brand studio: cover, title, subtitle and text. Then its Cross-post window, sending the post to each of the blog's destinations one after another.

X questions

What people ask before they connect X.

Yes. Write up to 25 parts, pick the time, and the first part goes live then. The others follow as replies in the order you set.

Yes. X bills every post sent through its API, so each plan includes a monthly X budget per profile, larger on Creator and Teams. When a post would go over it, LookMyBio doesn't send it and tells you why. The budget starts again next month, or a larger plan raises it.

Because X charges about 13 times more for a post that contains a link. If you're close to the limit, put the link in the last part of the thread or in your bio.

Yes, inside a thread part: one video of up to 140 seconds. That part can't carry images too.

Not for posts or threads. You only need it to publish your blog posts as X Articles. Posts stay at 280 characters either way.

You need Starter or above to publish to X; it costs $27 monthly. Starter lets you queue up to 30 posts each month, and Creator lifts that monthly cap.
