These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of LookMyBio and lookmybio.com, including our web app, dashboards, and related services (the "Platform").

When we use "we", "our", or "us", we mean Verstand Tecnologia LTDA (CNPJ 28.810.339/0001-72).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the security of your login credentials. Do not share access links or credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

If you invite or manage team members, you are responsible for their access and actions on your profiles.

We offer free and paid plans and may offer credit-based features. Your plan starts when you accept these Terms and continues until you cancel or we terminate it under these Terms.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel through your dashboard. Payments are processed by Stripe, and you must provide a valid payment method.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.

You own the content you add to the Platform, including profile details, links, text, images, and other materials.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, and make the Platform available (including displaying your public profile).

You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights. Do not upload content you do not have permission to share.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by interfering with its operation, scraping, reverse engineering, or using automated means to create accounts or collect data.

You will not post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing, or that introduces malware or other harmful code.

We may remove content, restrict access, or take other action to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Profiles and content you publish may be public and accessible to anyone. You control what is published and are responsible for the information you choose to make public.

If you use email collection or contact form blocks, you are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining any necessary consents from visitors, and for complying with applicable laws.

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including authentication providers and social platforms. If you connect a third-party account (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, or X), you authorize us to access and process data from that provider as needed to deliver the feature.

Third-party services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

If you use AI features, you provide the prompts and inputs and are responsible for your use of the outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you should review them before publishing or relying on them.

Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information to AI features unless you have a lawful basis and are comfortable with such data being processed by third-party AI providers.

The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You may use it only as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

If you share feedback or suggestions, you give us permission to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform or other users.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, it remains active until the end of the current billing period unless required by law.

After termination, we may retain certain data as required for legal, security, or operational purposes.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims related to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
