Pet care content every week, without pulling anyone off the grooming table

LookMyBio turns care tips, new stock and the dates pet owners notice into posts that look like your shop, lines up the whole week on a calendar and turns the link in your bio into a small front desk that passes the owner to WhatsApp.

Starter, at $27 a month, brings the calendar and the bio page. The kit that keeps your shop’s look opens on Starter, and turning an article into a carousel needs Creator.

Instagram waits until the last dog is dry

The grooming book is full, the clinic sees one patient after another and the feed gets pushed to later. Whoever has a spare minute between appointments posts something, with no plan for what to say. Then there are the advertising rules for vets, which nobody remembers in the middle of a busy shift.

Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented

LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.

From a quiet hour to a full week

  1. Teach the kit what your shop sounds like

Paste the shop’s website or describe it in a few lines. Colours, tone and themes such as care tips, new products and life at the grooming table are saved for every post after.

  2. Make the week, then schedule it

Write a care tip, a new arrival and a post for the next pet date, set each one on the calendar and move on with the day.

  3. Let the bio take the questions

The link in your profile opens a page with the WhatsApp button, the address, the opening times and the answers people ask at the till.

The same shop look on every post

The kit remembers your palette, 10 colours at most, and as many as 6 themes for the feed: grooming before and after, a health tip each week, whatever just arrived on the shelf. AI Studio can lend that style to an image, and the link-to-post captions pick up the same voice.

  • Opens on Starter
  • It reads only the shop’s site or the lines you write about it

The Brand Kit page in the app, filled in for Casa Linho, a linen clothing shop: identity, colours, fonts, voice, audience and quick wins. Then the bio page editor, with the page drawn in the colours the kit found.

A clinic article becomes a carousel

On Creator and above, drop in the address of an article from the clinic’s blog, say, when to deworm a puppy. Slides, hooks and a caption come back, shaped for Instagram, X, LinkedIn and TikTok. Read every slide the way the vet would, fix what needs fixing and only then schedule it.

  • Each run hands back a single image or a set of slides, never a clip
  • For TikTok, which accepts video alone, pair the text with footage you shoot

The AI posts page in the app: a YouTube link pasted as the source, the video's card, Carousel suggested as the format and what reading it costs. Then the same post finished: every step done and the carousel's slides in Marina Vale's brand, with its caption, ready to publish.

A week of posts set up in one afternoon

Monday’s care tip, the new toys and leashes on Wednesday, a look at the grooming room on Friday: make each post, pick its day and it goes out on the networks you connect, from Instagram, Facebook (Pages only), X, TikTok (videos only), LinkedIn (personal profiles only) and YouTube (videos only).

  • Starter gives 2 account slots and schedules within 30 scheduled posts a month; on Creator, 10 slots and calendar posts go out with no monthly cap on posts
  • A post aimed at both Instagram and the Facebook Page uses up two scheduled posts

The Socials page in the app for Atelier Rosa, a hair salon: its connected accounts, this week's posts and the Create button. Then the New post composer with a reel for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, its caption, and Instagram's "Made with AI" label switched on.

A bio page that covers the front desk

Put a WhatsApp button, the link to the booking system you already use and your online shop on the page behind your bio. Add the FAQ from Starter to answer whether you take cats or open on holidays, and a map to the door from Creator. The page stats then show which of those links owners tap.

  • Visits and clicks per link from Starter
  • A header with the responsible vet’s name and licence from Starter

The Page stats page in the app, with example data for Ama Duarte's dance studio over the last 30 days: views, link clicks and click rate against the previous 30 days, which blocks and links people clicked, where visits came from and what to do next.

Pictures for adoption days and pet dates

For an adoption fair with the local shelter, World Animal Day or the fireworks season that sends dogs under the bed, make an image in AI Studio in your kit’s style and line it up on the calendar for Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.

  • An AI image illustrates an idea: never present it as a real patient or a real case
  • When publishing to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube you can switch on their AI-content label; elsewhere, say so in the caption yourself
  • Images cost credits in AI Studio, from Starter; publishing them needs Starter

The AI Studio page in the app: the prompt bar moving through image, video and 3D with each model and its credit quote, above the gallery of recent media, an image for each business on this page, a video and a 3D model.

Questions from pet shops and vets

What pet shop owners and clinic teams ask before handing the feed to a tool.

No. There is nothing to book on the page itself: the button sends the owner to your WhatsApp chat or to the booking tool you already pay for, and the slot gets confirmed there.

Many veterinary boards ask for the owner’s prior permission and an educational purpose, with no suffering on show. The tool does not collect that permission, so keep the record yourself; the caption and the choice of photo are yours.

If your board asks for it, put the name and licence in the bio page’s header block, available on Starter and up, and repeat them in each post’s caption or artwork. Everything stays editable until you publish.

With Starter you get 1 profile and 2 account slots, which fits a shop’s Instagram plus its Facebook Page. Creator brings 10 accounts across 2 profiles. The map block opens on Creator, the product carousel on Creator, and teammates, such as the receptionist who posts between appointments, join from Creator.

Instagram, Facebook (Pages only), X, TikTok (videos only), LinkedIn (personal profiles only) and YouTube (videos only). Each post goes to the accounts you pick for it.
