Show your method every week, even when your calendar is full of clients

LookMyBio turns a live, a talk or an article you already have into a carousel in your colours, schedules it on LinkedIn and Instagram, and sends your bio link to a page that invites the first conversation.

The brand kit comes with every plan from Starter. Starter, for $27 monthly, opens scheduling, the bio page and its stats; posts made from a link need Creator.

claireholt.advisoryWorkshop
A consultant leading a small workshop beside a blank flipchart, made with AI
claireholt.advisory Saturday morning with a small group of first-time managers, a blank flipchart and a lot of honest questions about leading a team. Dates for the next group are at the link in my bio.

When the sessions pile up, the posting stops

A month packed with clients leaves no room for content. Two months later the calendar thins out and the hunt for new clients begins again. Meanwhile the strong workshop you ran last week sits in a meeting recording that nobody outside the room ever watched.

Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented

LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.

From one live to a steady week

  1. Write your kit once

Paste your website, or describe your method and who you work with. The kit keeps your colours, your voice and the themes you keep coming back to.

  2. Bring in a live or an article

Paste the YouTube link of a recorded live, a talk or an article, then rework the carousel and caption until they sound like you on a good day.

  3. Schedule, then point the bio

Line the week up on LinkedIn and Instagram, then let the link in your profile lead to your offer, your FAQ and a button for the first call.

Your method, written down once

Paste your site, or describe your practice in 30 to 800 characters, and the kit holds onto up to 10 colours, the way you speak and up to 6 content pillars, such as your method, anonymised cases, behind the scenes and myths in your field. The AI chat reads it while you brainstorm, and AI Studio can carry its look into the images you make.

  • Comes with every plan from Starter
  • It reads up to 3 websites; your LinkedIn profile is never read

The Brand Kit page in the app, filled in for Casa Linho, a linen clothing shop: identity, colours, fonts, voice, audience and quick wins. Then the bio page editor, with the page drawn in the colours the kit found.

LinkedIn and Instagram on one calendar

Plan Monday’s myth, Wednesday’s behind-the-scenes and Friday’s anonymised case in one place, for your personal LinkedIn profile and your Instagram. Starter gives you 2 accounts and room to schedule 30 posts in a calendar month. Creator raises that to 10 accounts, with no monthly ceiling on scheduled posts.

  • On Starter, a post scheduled to both networks counts once for each account
  • Company pages on LinkedIn can’t be connected, so posts go out under your own name

The Socials page in the app for Atelier Rosa, a hair salon: its connected accounts, this week's posts and the Create button. Then the New post composer with a reel for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, its caption, and Instagram's "Made with AI" label switched on.

A bio page that asks for the intro call

Open with a header (Starter), a short note on who your program is for and who it isn’t for (Starter) and a Book a call link to Calendly, your calendar or WhatsApp (Starter). An FAQ on format, length and fees (Starter) settles the usual doubts. The open class from YouTube as a video (Creator), an email list for the next cohort (Creator) and a countdown to enrolment (Creator) round it off. A contact form that sits right on the page arrives with Teams.

  • Page stats, from Starter, count visits and the taps on each button
  • The list collects addresses; sending the material is up to you
  • No booking, checkout or members area: every button hands people off to the tool where that already happens

The Page stats page in the app, with example data for Ama Duarte's dance studio over the last 30 days: views, link clicks and click rate against the previous 30 days, which blocks and links people clicked, where visits came from and what to do next.

One long article a month, and the carousels inside it

Articles are published on a blog attached to your bio page, and a Blog posts block (Starter) puts the newest ones in front of visitors. From Starter, 9 more destinations can receive a copy, blogs and newsletters among them, while Medium and Substack stay copy and paste. From Creator, subscribers get an email for each new article, up to 5,000 a month on Creator.

  • From Creator, paste the article’s link into the post tool and slice it into carousels

The blog editor in the app with a post by Estúdio Norte, a brand studio: cover, title, subtitle and text. Then its Cross-post window, sending the post to each of the blog's destinations one after another.

FAQ

Questions from coaches and consultants

What coaches, mentors and consultants check before planning their posts here.

Yes, to your personal profile, from Starter. Company pages on LinkedIn can’t be connected, so everything goes out under your own name.

Sessions aren’t booked inside the product. The button sends people to Calendly, a Google Calendar booking page or WhatsApp, where the slot gets picked.

From Creator. Paste the YouTube link and it reads the transcript to draft a carousel and a caption; when there is no transcript it reads the page text instead.

The kit records your tone, your favourite words and your pillars, and the AI chat follows it while you brainstorm. Every caption still waits for you: nothing is scheduled until you read it and choose a time.

There is no checkout. The link takes people to the payment page you already use, such as Stripe or your course platform.

The caption is yours, and so are the rules. The FTC treats income promises and testimonials that aren’t typical as deceptive, so give the context, leave out what identifies the person and ask before you show anyone. If you are also a licensed therapist or dietitian, your board’s rules apply too.

Keep your method visible in the busy weeks too

Write your kit, turn last month’s live into carousels and give your bio a button for the intro call.
