Aesthetic clinics

Educate patients online, with your credentials in plain sight

Explain treatments, aftercare and recovery in posts that look like your clinic, schedule the whole month, and let your bio link show your license details and the way to book a consultation. LookMyBio drafts; you sign off.

On Starter, $27 monthly, you schedule posts and run the bio page; the article-to-carousel tool needs Creator.

aurorabem.clinic Fresh sheet on the bed, towel rolled, curtains open: the room is ready for this week’s skin consultations. What to expect at a first visit is in the link in our bio.

A packed treatment book and a feed that wants a new idea every week

Between patients there is no time to think up posts. Somewhere between what gets likes and what your board allows, plenty of clinics end up promising instant results without meaning to, and others stop posting altogether for fear of getting it wrong.

Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented

LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.

From a patient question to a post you can sign

  1. Give the clinic a voice once

Paste your website or describe the practice. The kit keeps a sober tone, your colours and themes such as treatment explainers, aftercare, the team and the space.

  2. Turn an article into a carousel

Paste the link to an article from your blog and edit the slides and caption that come back. Add your name and license number before it goes anywhere.

  3. Point the bio link at the consultation

The bio page opens with your credentials, answers the usual questions and has a button to book an assessment on WhatsApp or in the system you already use.

From the article to an educational carousel

From Creator, paste the address of an article you wrote, or of a YouTube video where you walk through a treatment, and a carousel comes back, caption included. Rewrite anything that sounds like a promise, add your credentials and pick the day it goes out.

  • A public page, a YouTube transcript or text you paste in
  • Comes back as an image or a carousel plus a caption, never a video
  • It stays a draft until you put it on the calendar

The AI posts page in the app: a YouTube link pasted as the source, the video's card, Carousel suggested as the format and what reading it costs. Then the same post finished: every step done and the carousel's slides in Marina Vale's brand, with its caption, ready to publish.

02 · Aesthetic clinics

A blog that answers patient questions and feeds the grid

Write the answers people ask at the front desk: does it hurt, how long does it last, what does recovery look like. The blog lives on your bio page, and from Starter each article can also go out to 9 other blogs and newsletters.

  • Translate an article for patients who read English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian, one language at a time, into a new draft you check
  • Each article is also a source for the next carousel

The blog editor in the app with a post by Estúdio Norte, a brand studio: cover, title, subtitle and text. Then its Cross-post window, sending the post to each of the blog's destinations one after another.

03 · Aesthetic clinics

A month planned before the busy weeks arrive

Fill the calendar in one sitting: a weekly myth or fact, what recovery feels like after each treatment, laser and peel season when the sun is weaker, sunscreen reminders before summer, skin cancer awareness month and posts that introduce each practitioner with their credentials. You can publish to Instagram, Facebook (Pages only), X, TikTok (videos only), LinkedIn (personal profiles only) and YouTube (videos only).

  • 2 connected accounts and a ceiling of 30 scheduled posts each month on Starter; 10 and no monthly limit on how many posts you schedule on Creator
  • A carousel sent to Instagram and Facebook is counted once per account
  • Only what you schedule is published

The Socials page in the app for Atelier Rosa, a hair salon: its connected accounts, this week's posts and the Create button. Then the New post composer with a reel for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, its caption, and Instagram's "Made with AI" label switched on.

04 · Aesthetic clinics

License details at the top, and numbers on what people tap

From Starter, a header at the top of the bio page carries your name, credentials and license number, and from Starter an FAQ block answers the questions patients ask before booking. Creator adds a map, an explainer video from Creator and an email sign-up from Creator. The stats show visits and which link gets the taps: WhatsApp, the booking system or directions.

  • Page stats open on Starter
  • No booking or payments on the page itself: each button opens a tool you already use

The Page stats page in the app, with example data for Ama Duarte's dance studio over the last 30 days: views, link clicks and click rate against the previous 30 days, which blocks and links people clicked, where visits came from and what to do next.

05 · Aesthetic clinics

Pictures of the space, never of a result

AI Studio, from Starter, makes carousel covers and calm scenes such as a shelf of unlabelled bottles, a treatment room or the reception, and it can add your brand kit's visual style to the prompt. Keep faces and skin out of it: an AI picture should never stand in for a patient or a before and after.

  • Instagram, TikTok and YouTube have a made-with-AI label you can switch on as you publish
  • You see the credit price of each image before generating it

The AI Studio page in the app: the prompt bar moving through image, video and 3D with each model and its credit quote, above the gallery of recent media, an image for each business on this page, a video and a 3D model.

FAQ

Questions from aesthetic clinics

What clinic owners and injectors ask before handing their feed to a tool.

No. It writes drafts and you review them. What a post claims, and whether your board accepts it, stays the licensed professional’s call, so read every caption before you schedule it.

That depends on your board and your state. Where they are allowed, the usual conditions are written patient consent, an educational purpose and no retouching, so check the current rule first. Never use an AI image as a before and after: it shows no real patient.

Put them in a header block at the top of the bio page (Starter and up), then repeat them in the captions and on the slides. Drafts stay editable until they are published, so add them every time.

Yes, from Creator, which has room for 2 colleagues on each profile next to the account owner. Teams has no ceiling on colleagues. Invite them as editors and approve what they schedule.

No. Booking happens elsewhere: the button hands the patient over to the clinic’s WhatsApp or its scheduling software.

Answer the questions patients bring to the consultation, before they arrive

Set up the kit, turn one article into a carousel and put your credentials at the top of the bio page.
