Make guests fall for your place before they open a booking site

LookMyBio keeps your inn, the area around it and the people who run it in the feed every week, busy months included, and points everyone who gets curious to a page with your direct booking link, a map and the front desk’s WhatsApp.

For $27 a month, Starter covers scheduled posting plus a bio page. The brand kit comes in at Starter; itinerary-to-carousel arrives with Creator.

Too busy to post in peak season, nothing to show off-season

When every room is full, the front desk has no minute left for Instagram. When the slow months come, there are no guests to photograph and the account goes still. Meanwhile the traveler who discovered you on social media books through a big listing site, which keeps a slice of every night.

Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented

LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.

From a quiet profile to a direct booking link

  1. Build the kit from your website

Paste the address of your inn or agency, or describe it in a short paragraph. Colours, logo and the way you talk to travelers get saved for every post after.

  2. Turn an itinerary into a carousel

Drop in the link to a weekend guide on your blog or a room tour on YouTube, then edit what comes back, slide by slide, until it reads like your front desk talking.

  3. Line up the season, aim the bio at booking

Put weeks of posts on the calendar before the rush, and point your profile link at the booking engine, a map and WhatsApp.

Your house style on every post

Your logo, a palette of no more than 10 colours and 6 content themes are saved in the kit: think rooms, the region, the team and seasonal offers. Images and captions you make later begin from it, so a linen bedroom and a sunset trail look like the same property.

  • Opens on Starter
  • Read from the site you paste or the paragraph you write; with no site, a short description is enough

The busy season on the calendar before it starts

Queue pool afternoons, team introductions and open-date reminders weeks ahead, and each one goes out at the hour you set on Instagram, Facebook (Pages only), X, TikTok (videos only), LinkedIn (personal profiles only) and YouTube (videos only). A short video shot by the pool sits on the same calendar as a photo carousel.

  • Starter takes 2 accounts, with at most 30 scheduled posts per calendar month; Creator takes 10, with no monthly limit on what you schedule
  • One post sent to two accounts counts twice toward the month
  • Front desk staff can join the profile from Creator, with 2 teammates on each profile on Creator

A local guide that travelers search for

Write about the hidden beach, a trail few people know or the old town’s festival on your blog. It lives on your bio page, where a block of recent articles is available from Starter. From Starter, cross-posting sends a guide on to 9 further blogs or newsletters. For visitors from abroad, the same guide can be translated into any of 5 other languages, one per run, paid in credits.

  • Each translation lands as a new draft you review before it goes live

There is no reviews block. Add a link to your reviews profile and travelers read them on that site.

A scheduled reel goes out with the sound already in the video file. Music from Instagram’s own library can’t be added through scheduling, so mix in a track you have the rights to before uploading.

Yes, from Starter the stats count taps on each link, Book direct included. How many of those turned into stays is in your booking system.

A blog guide can go into 5 other languages, one per run, each landing as a fresh draft and paid in credits. Captions in a second language are yours to write.
