Sunday’s message, still reaching people on Wednesday

LookMyBio turns the service recording or the latest project update into posts in your community’s colors, lines up the week in one sitting and keeps a page with service times, the address, upcoming events and a link to the giving tool you already use.

Plan the week and publish the bio page on Starter, which costs $27 a month; the sermon-to-carousel tool needs Creator.

A strong Sunday, then a silent feed

One or two volunteers run the accounts at night, after their day jobs. Sunday gives you a sermon worth sharing, and then it sits on YouTube while the profile goes quiet midweek. The notice for the next event goes up the evening before.

Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented

LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.

How the week fills up

  1. Build the kit once

Paste the church or charity website, or describe your community in a few lines. Colors, logo and the way you speak to people are kept for every post that follows.

  2. Drop in the sermon link

Use the YouTube link of the service, or the page of a project report, then edit the carousel and caption that come back before anything goes on the calendar.

  3. Plan the week, tidy the page

Set Monday’s quote, the midweek devotional and Friday’s invitation, and keep service times, the map and your own giving link on the bio page.

Your congregation’s colors on every slide

Your logo, as many as 10 colors in the palette and no more than 6 content themes (the message, life together, events, outreach) live in the kit. Every image and caption made afterwards starts from those choices, so a volunteer’s post looks like the banners in the sanctuary.

  • Opens on Starter
  • Drafted from the church website, or from a paragraph about who you are

The Brand Kit page in the app, filled in for Casa Linho, a linen clothing shop: identity, colours, fonts, voice, audience and quick wins. Then the bio page editor, with the page drawn in the colours the kit found.

Monday to Friday, scheduled in one evening

Queue the sermon quote, a devotional for Wednesday and the weekend invitation for Instagram, Facebook (Pages only), X, TikTok (videos only), LinkedIn (personal profiles only) and YouTube (videos only). Starter links 2 accounts and queues up to 30 posts a month; Creator links 10, and its queue runs with no monthly cap on posts.

  • From Creator, up to 2 volunteers can help on each profile besides the owner
  • A post that shows someone’s face or story goes out only with their permission

The Socials page in the app for Atelier Rosa, a hair salon: its connected accounts, this week's posts and the Create button. Then the New post composer with a reel for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, its caption, and Instagram's "Made with AI" label switched on.

A welcome page for first-time visitors

Service times go in a text block from Starter, and a first-visit FAQ about children, parking and what to wear from Starter. Add a map from Creator, last Sunday’s video from Creator and a countdown to Easter, Christmas or the retreat from Creator. A Give button, available from Starter, opens the giving page or payment app your organization already runs.

  • From Starter, page stats show visits, taps on each button and 90 days of devices and countries
  • A newsletter sign-up from Creator, joined only by people who choose to

The Page stats page in the app, with example data for Ama Duarte's dance studio over the last 30 days: views, link clicks and click rate against the previous 30 days, which blocks and links people clicked, where visits came from and what to do next.

Show supporters what the project did

Write the quarterly update on the blog that comes with your bio page, with the real figures from your records and photos from the garden or the shelter. From Starter, copies of it can reach 9 more blogs and newsletters; on Creator, subscribers also receive it in their inbox.

  • Up to 5,000 emails about new posts each month on Creator
  • Photograph volunteers and the people you serve only with their consent

The blog editor in the app with a post by Estúdio Norte, a brand studio: cover, title, subtitle and text. Then its Cross-post window, sending the post to each of the blog's destinations one after another.

FAQ

Questions from churches and nonprofits

What pastors, ministry leads and charity staff ask before handing the posting to a volunteer and a tool.

Not on the page itself. Add a Give button that opens your own giving page or payment app; the money never passes through LookMyBio.

No. Keep streaming on YouTube or Facebook. Afterwards the recording can sit on the bio page as an embedded video from Creator, and its link can become a carousel from Creator.

Yes, from Creator: each profile takes up to 2 team members besides the owner, and Teams sets no cap. On Starter only the owner manages the profile.

Yes. Publishing to Facebook works for Pages, which is where most congregations and charities have their presence. Personal Facebook profiles can’t be connected.

Not at the moment. Every organization chooses from the same plans: Starter covers 1 profile and 2 accounts, and Creator adds the sermon link tool and volunteer access.

Keep Sunday’s message going all week

Build the kit, turn last Sunday’s sermon into a carousel and put service times and your giving link on the bio page.
